Shipping Information:

Most in-stock orders will be shipped via UPS Ground delivery within 24-48 hours.

If an item is out of stock or has been discontinued, we will contact you via email as soon as we can, usually within 1 business day of placing the order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns:If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may contact us at sales@browncountycustoms.com within 7 days to obtain return information. We will provide a full refund (less shipping & handling) on most items in new, unused condition (including original packaging). Modified and custom orders are non-returnable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. In some cases a restocking/use fee may be charged. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if it has been established the items were used even if only for a short period of time. Please make sure to package your items carefully to avoid damage en route.

DAMAGE CLAIMS: All claims for breakage and/or damage, must be reported immediately to sales@browncountycustoms.com. Any merchandise that becomes damaged during shipping must be reported to sales@browncountycustoms.com within 3 days after receiving the package so we can pursue it with the carrier. Failure to report any claims for breakage and/or damage within 3 days, will nullify the claim. After a damage claim is made, a refund or replacement (if available) may be acquired by the consumer, pending approval from browncountycustoms.com.

Are you a brick and mortar store? Yes(and no). We have a physical location where we design, manufacture and ship our products but not necessarily a store that has a dedicated showroom open to the public.
